An HR Manager is accountable for managing and supervising the employees within an organization, company or agency. HR Managers approve advertisements for hiring new staff, as well as reviewing resumes of potential employees and interviewing them. Most are also in charge of handling work relations by offering mediation between employees and implementing proper disciplinary action when needed. An HR Manager is also responsible for dismissing staff who are not meeting work requirements or standards.
