The eating habits of individuals with more flexibility are also drastically different from those who have set hours. Those with a more flexible schedule often eat more healthy as they have the time to do so. In contrast, those with set hours often find themselves eating out at fast food restaurants. In addition, with a more flexible schedule, individuals end up with more time to exercise and spend time on improving their health, which is something that can contribute to increased productivity.

Not only does flexibility mean that employees aren’t limited to working between certain hours, it can also refer to where an employee works. Allow Each Employee to Choose Their Own Reward
Some employees want to learn new skills on the job. Other employees would like to have more time off from work. Set the incentive for each person based on what works best for that person. This will create an environment where everyone is motivated to work smarter for the good of the company. Smart managers know that people are motivated by different agendas. Catering to these agendas can help the company out in the long run.
Motivating employees to do the best job possible can be tricky sometimes. However, there are universal things a company can do to motivate workers to do their best. Letting workers leave early when the job is done will not never face resistance from any of your workers.
