Responsible for overseeing the defect tracking and testing done by a team of 30 or more testers at a time. Responsible for hiring and firing of testers and responsible for reporting results to both upper management and to clients.

Responsible for helping to run an international software testing project centered around testing cell phone applications on different environments such as BREW, Android, J2ME and Windows Mobile. Ensured that testing was done properly, tracked the progress of each tester individually and reported results to the project manager.
