You are only 7 minutes
from an excellent resume
Work history
This is where you sell yourself. Try to give a clear, precise description of the role you played at the firm where you worked in the shortest space possible. No one wants to read a novel. Employers are primarily interested in what kind of work you've actually done and what kind of success you've achieved. If you've been working for more than 15 years, there's no need to put in every position and company you've worked. Employers are interested in current data and your recent work experience. That's why you should devote the most space to your most recent position. This will make your resume shorter (personnel departments don't like long resumes) and will draw attention away from your age. Always give correct dates. Don't fudge them. If you've been out of work for a while or on pregnancy leave, don't be afraid to tell the truth. Check everything carefully several times...
