Pharmacy Manager description
A pharmacy manager is responsible for administering prescriptions according to customary operating procedures for acquiring, distributing and upholding loss prevention controls with all medicines. They certify that all state and federal laws and regulations of prescription related matters, including HIPAA, are being adhered to. A pharmacy manager also counsels patients on their prescription drug use and oversees the other pharmacists working alongside of him.
